Favourite position: School Girls 7's- Fav position is first receiver because this allows me to control how the game is played. School Girls 15s - Fav position is first five eighth and again it allows me to control how the game is played. Womens 7s - Fav position is wing. I am enjoying and learning heaps from playing outside the NZ 7's and Black Ferns players. This year I took up place kicking and drop kicking for the first time when one of my team mates got injured and now I am happy to be given the opportunity to show case my skills as I realise this could help me to further achieve my goals. Here are my results for 2012, Secondary School 515 points from 38 tries,158 conversions and 3 penalties. Club and Rep rugby points 213 from 23 tries and 49 conversions. I was the top try scorer for my club for 2012.

When and why you started playing rugby: Growing up with 2 older brothers that played rugby,I wanted to be just like them. I enjoyed kicking the ball in the backyard and running around with them, so in 2009 (my first year at High School) I decided to play competitively. Since then I have never looked back.

Most memorable rugby moment: Playing against Auckland in the NPC 2011, at halfback alongside Anna Richards (winner of 4 rugby world cups)

Your rugby icon: Christian Cullen because he achieved so much throughout his rugby career in both sevens and fifteens, set records and was hugely recognised as a rugby legend around the world. He has the 'never say die' attitude

Most respected opponent: Any player who I play against.

Other interests/sports: Touch rugby, Basketball and Athletics.Pretty much any sport.

What you still want to achieve with rugby: Go all the way, play for the New Zealand Black Ferns or Women's 7s team.
